Sourdough Inspired Pull Apart Bread Rolls - 6 rolls

These pull apart bread rolls are made from the same ingredients that the Sourdough Inspired Bread Loaves are made from. They are just as soft and chewy and pull apart easily, making it easy to add your favorite spreadable topping!

“Sourdough Inspired” means that it is free from the typical sourdough starter. Many times with sensitive bellies, fermentation does not sit well during the digestion process. The sourdough taste in my bread comes from the Apple Cider Vinegar. My bread is also baked in an airfryer oven with a steaming tray (just like typical sourdough) so as to crisp up the outside and soften the inside. Unfortunately as the bread cools, within 24 hours, the outside crust does lose its crispiness and becomes softer, differing from the normal sourdough bread crust. The life of gluten free baking!
